Accessing Your Social Security Statement

Visit ssa.gov to access online services that include reviewing your information, applying for benefits, and managing your account. Use the Sign In/Up link in the upper right hand corner to log into your existing account or to create one. 

Choose the my Social Security option to access records and estimates of your benefits. 

If you have not created an account, choose the Create Your Account option and follow the steps to establish an account. Information you will need includes a valid email address, Social Security number, and a US mailing address. If you have an existing account, enter your username and password on the right hand side.

Once logged in, you have access to estimated benefits, earnings records and statement information. Choose Print/Save Your Full Statement to download a pdf of your Social Security statement.
